1. License & Usage Rights
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Elapse scripts and services. You may not share your account, key, or access with others; leak or expose any part of the service, including scripts or systems; or bypass, crack, or tamper with protections. Violation will result in immediate termination.
2. Account, Keys & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any keys provided. Keys may be HWID-locked or device-limited. Sharing access is strictly prohibited. Lost, stolen, or compromised access may not be restored. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in termination.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of compatibility, or account actions such as bans or suspensions. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent blacklisting, as well as termination of all access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the script. You may not reverse engineer, dump, or debug to try and access source code. Violations will result in blacklisting.
5. Updates & Changes
Elapse may update scripts, systems, or protections at any time. These updates may be required for continued use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and scripts are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee functionality, compatibility, uptime, or undetected use.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, account loss, or any damages resulting from the use of our services. You use the service at your own risk.

Elapse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
